Popis: | Nonrelativistic Hartree-Fock calculations have been used in intermediate coupling to calculate transition energies and relative intensities for K\ensuremath{\alpha} satellites for all elements from K (Z=19) through Ge (Z=32). It is found that the 2s spectator-hole transitions (1s2s${)}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}1}$\ensuremath{\rightarrow}(2s2p${)}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}1}$ contribute negligibly, whereas all satellites except ${\ensuremath{\alpha}}^{2\mathrm{sprime}}$ can be assigned to allowed transitions from the (1s2p${)}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}1}$\ensuremath{\rightarrow}(2p${)}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}2}$ complex. |
