In-vitro anti-lithiatic activity study of Meyna laxiflora seeds and Tectona grandis bark

Popis:	This study involves the evaluation of Meyna laxiflora seeds and Tectona grandis bark for antiurolithatic activity. Homogeneous precipitation method was used for In-vitro anti-lithiatic activity on generated calcium oxalate crystals. Extracts were compared with synthetic drug Spironolactone, polyherbal formulation Cystone, other extracts and furosemide. Extracts like aqueous extract, pet ether extract, chloroform extract, methanol extract and aqueous extract were used for study at different concentrations.
