Popis: | In this work, a hybrid filter based on acoustic wave resonators is shown. The filter uses lumped elements to increase the effective electromechanical coupling factor of the acoustic wave resonators. The simulation results show that a hybrid topology could be used in 5G frequency bands that require a fractional bandwidth over 25%. |
