Popis: This article examines some of the effects that the intense growing of legal foreign workers is producing on the Spanish labour market, due to various regularization processes that have taken place since 2000. Comparing the second half of the 90s with the first half of the 2000s, the results show a decisive influence in the accelerated improvement of the structure by Social Security regime. Spanish workers are the most benefited by this improvement, increasing considerably their weight in the superior categories. Also certain ascending labour mobility is observed between the foreign workers, but limited to blue collar jobs.
