The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the technical condition of individual hydraulic structures of the completed embankment on the Neva river is characterized by high wear and tear, and the embankment requires repair. There are some changes in the embankment structure in comparison with the design solution: - the front wall along the mooring line is made mainly of steel sheet piling Larsen IV with inclusions of steel sheet piling z-profile and Larsen V, as well as non-standard sheet piling; the section sizes have deviations from the design values; the wooden rebound frames provided by the project were replaced with temporary metal spacers with rubber elements. The novelty of the final work is substantiate the method of construction of a metal tongue-and-groove border Larsen V. The praÑtiÑal signifiÑanÑe of the master's thesis lies in that the work contains the results of the activities of the completed embankment. |
