This article details the software engineering process applied to the AGORA comprehensive web information system in the business stays module, developed by Depto. of Administration and Software Development in collaboration with the Academic Body No.02 Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Integral Development for SMEs of the Technological University of Jalisco, in order to automate the process of stay belonging to the area of Business Linkage, using the methodology Agile Kanba and a cascading software life cycle model, also known as a linear life cycle. The project arises from the need to manage the work carried out by university students, who during their stay during the last semester in a company that they attend full time, develop a project related to their career, allowing them to enhance the skills that the professional market demands and obtaining real work experience. This WEB system will be used for management and as a central repository for stay projects, which have been part of the strategies that companies have implemented as continuous improvement. These projects require tools that allow safeguarding, controlling and evidencing the achievements obtained in their development and implementation within the sector. Derived from these needs, a new technological development was implemented, as a module attached to the AGORA system that automates processes for obtaining data, safeguarding, controlling and classifying projects, which will contribute to the work of those companies with which it is linked. |
