Experimental research of the interaction of the radial hydrotransmission’s ball roller with a treadmill were carried out using the contact marks method , oriented on the technology, using sensitive to the contact pressure of the films. The research results of contact interaction of the ball piston of the radial hydrotransmission with its stator ring (with a treadmill of complex transverse profile) clearly indicate the validity of numerically determined tendencies in the pattern of the contact pressure distribution when changing the shape of the track and the properties of the intermediate layer. At the same time, convergence is observed as the form of contact areas and distribution of contact pressure, as well as the nature of their perturbation when changing certain factors. When the radius of the cross-section of the treadmill changes from a value less than the radius of the piston, to a greater extent, there is a gradual transition from two drop-like contact spots to one dumbbell, and then to an elliptic one. The contact pressure at the same time changes its distribution, reducing the maximum at the periphery and gradually changing the maximum position at the central. At the same time, at the geometric center of the possible contact, the contact pressure is initially zero (with increasing critical force), and then it increases, gaining a local minimum, and eventually it reaches the global maximum (for certain parameters of the geometric form and level of loading). |
