Popis: Marketing as a useful conceptual framework has been extended to a variety of nonprofit sectors, including the health care industry. This paper illustrates the development and application of a multivariate technique in the context of nursing facilities specializing in the long term patient care. Empirical findings from the exploratory investigation are presented and are discussed with some implications for administrators of the long term care nursing homes.
