Popis: | In this study, the authors show nucleoli and centromeres interact dynamically not only during normal differentiation across a variety of cellular models including myocytes, keratinocytes, and neurons, but in cancer cells as well. Differentiation leads to a decrease in association between centromeres and nucleoli, with cancer cells exhibiting an increased association frequency more typical of proliferative cells. |
