Popis: | Today, research on natural fibers as composite reinforcement aims to study the extraction process, physical properties, chemical properties and mechanical properties of natural fiber. Natural fiber attracts researchers because it has high specific strength, light density, low cost, good mechanical properties, nonabrasive, environmentally friendly and biodegradable in nature. A brief review has been carried out for using abundant natural fibers available in Indonesia. This paper present a review of Mendong grass, Snake grass, Kusha grass, Arundo donax L, Sansevieria ehrenbergii, Sansevieria cylindrica, Elephant grass, Napier grass, Sansevieria trifasciata, Broom grass, Sisal, Corn husks, and Belulang grass. |
