Popis: | Background: NOTCH1 mutations have been identified as a poor prognostic biomarker associated with a more aggressive phenotype, increased rate of Richter’s transformation, and decreased response to FCR chemotherapy in high-risk patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). This study seeks to characterize the role of NOTCH1 mutation with overall survival (OS) and progression of disease resulting in treatment of CLL patients at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center who underwent Targeted Exome Sequencing (TES). |
