The article discusses the main modern information technologies for consciousness manipulation. The quantitative estimates of these suggestive technologies priorities are obtained with the help of system ranking methodology. A Comparative Analysis of Ranking Methods and priority ranking of methods for manipulating consciousness is carried out using the following methods: the Churchman-Ackoff method, the Neumann-Morgenstern method and Fishburn's Method. |
