Popis:	I was a Student Chapter Chair for two years during my undergraduate years at Southeastern Louisiana University as well as being Chair of Upsilon Pi Epsilon (the Computer Science Honor Society). When I began to teach at Pearl River Community College (PRCC), I discovered that there had been a "computer club" at one time. Two questions came to my mind. Why wasn't it an ACM student chapter? And why had it fizzled out?
