A HIV /AIDS case diagnosed with concomitant Pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia and pulmonary tuberculosis confused with COVID-19 pneumonia

Popis: Bacterial and fungal infections can be seen with COVID-19.Besides, some infectious diseases may be confused with pneumonia due to COVID-19 infection. In this article, a 60-year-old male patient who was referred to our clinic with a preliminary diagnosis of COVID-19 pneumonia and finally diagnosed with Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia and pulmonary tuberculosis due to HIV infection is presented. The patient's complaints of fever, cough and sputum production at the time of admission completely resolved after Pneumocystis jirovecii and pulmonary tuberculosis treatments.
