A typical scheme of the machine for finishing-stripping and hardening treatment with working bodies in the form of screw rotors mounted from tetrahedral hollows is presented. A screw rotor of these kinds of machines is formed from screw lines and surfaces facing each other on the perimeter with the help of which processed elements and parts of the working environment (further a mass of loading) while screw rotors rotation are given a motion with a stronger amplitude above 20–1000 mm. A move of screw lines, surfaces, and rotors are the ones that determine the character of the movement of processed elements and particles of working environments and at the same time to give the ability to increase or decrease transport or technological effect. To provide the stability of the launching of these machines a certain level of the electric motor power is needed. A method of calculating the drive of these machines taking into account the load mass, the mass of the working body and the load mass located in the working asymmetrically to of its rotation axis is proposed. A method of calculating the power of the electric motor of the machines for finishing-stripping and hardening treatment taking into consideration the exposure of symmetrical and asymmetrical loading processed elements and particles of working environments relative to the axis of rotation of screw rotor is also proposed. |
