Popis: | In this paper, a type of pressure sensor using a parallel plate capacitor which can be broadly applied in the technology development circle is designed. A rise of equivalent capacitance or reduction in dielectric value will cause negative real power measurement errors. Variation in capacitance can directly reflect in differential pressure, so by varying capacitance, the respective differential pressure can be obtained. The individuality of our designed structure helped us to verify how pressure is varying concerning the varying dielectric value. Respective simulations are done using COMSOL Multiphysics software. Pipeline leakage and intrusion detection continue to be a tragic issue, the application of parallel plate sensor as a gas line intrusion detector can be successfully used to offer non-intrusive digital pipeline monitoring, by means of allowing operators to act rapidly in the occasion of a pipeline leakage or intrusion right into a plant area. |
