A new 24-homo-30-nor-cycloartane triterpenoid from a Hawaiian endophytic fungal strain

Popis:	A new triterpenoid belonging to the uncommon 24-homo-30-nor-cycloartane class was separated from the endophytic fungus Mycoleptodiscus indicus FT1137, which was isolated from the Hawaiian plant Stenocereus sp. The structure of compound 1 was determined by analysis of HRMS and NMR spectroscopic data. Compound 1 was also evaluated against human ovarian cancer cell line A2780.
