| Popis: | A desalination plant for power station boiler water supply with 2 × 3000 m 3 /d MSF units is outlined. Shell corrosion, environmental impact, evaporator design and plant benefits are presented and discussed. Economic comparison results show that the MSF for desalting seawater is more beneficial than the RO process for ground water. |
