Spectroscopic Measurements of the Electron Temperature in Plasmas Containing Argon Using Line Intensity Ratio Method

Popis: In this paper, the study of a spectroscope’s window is designed for an argon gas plasma discharge. The discharge channel has a diameter of 10 mm and length 60 mm. We focus also on both the electron transition from atoms into ions of argon and defining the electron’s measurement electron temperature of the plasma. Its description indicates that the plasma ejection is at good a condition which satisfies the criterion of local thermal equilibrium (L.T.E). Our findings show that the results cope with those ones made by Pingpigret G, et al. in his experiments (2017) [1].
