Popis: | This paper presents results of thin film high temperature superconducting (HTS) passive microwave components recently developed for advanced communication systems, which include miniature resonators, narrow-band bandpass and bandstop filters, couplers and duplexers. The components are fabricated using YBCO thin films on either MgO or LAO substrates. Excellent performances have been achieved. |
