Popis:	The study analyses some contemporary issues and challenges related to the interaction between EU law and domestic legal systems of the EU member states in the context of Brexit. The focus of the work is on the legal system of Great Britain, exploring the dualist approach of UK law to the law of the European Union. The Brexit process has raised issues of legal pluralism in the implementation of the EU integration law in the UK’s legal system, which will also be addressed in the paper.
