Popis: The behavior of multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) conglomerates in water solution depending on concentration electrolytes and/or biomolecules was studied by methods of evaluation of electroconductivity, atome-force microscopy (AFM) and force microscopy (FM). Comparative analysis of AFM and FM determination of polymer surfaces: polytetrafluorineethylene (PTFE), polypropylene (PP) and nanocomposites — PTFE —MWCNT, PP-MWCNT in vitro and reaction of living body to implanted samples. There were found that: FM study could be the method of preliminary testing new materials for biocompatibility; MWCNT in studied polymer matrixes changes the nanocomposites surface chemistry and influence on their biocompatible properties
