Popis:	This article reviews current knowledge on job satisfaction. Also analyzed research in this area, which allowed the identification of factors that affect the overall level of job satisfaction. Seeks to identify, often divergent views of many authors to show the complexity of this issue. Analysis of current scientific achievements in the field of job satisfaction survey became the basis for further indicate directions for further research.
