Our goal for applied psychological science is to identify a theory-driven, pragmatic way to reduce opposition to workplace practices that vigorously confront systemic racism. We blend both organizational systems and psychology, coupling conceptual clarity about what constitutes anti-racist policies with ideas about how moral framing can influence employees’ attitudinal and behavioral responses to them. We will test hypotheses about the main effects of those constructs in three ongoing, methodologically interlocking and triangulating investigations. |
