Popis: | In the finishing industry the powder charge generated by friction is an useful alternative to the corona charge. The charge by friction called tribo-charge is the result of frequent contacts of the single powder particles with the surface of an insulator caused by the powder flow e.g. through several holes or a ring slit. Significant differences of the behaviour of charge in holes and slits could be observed in dependence of geometry and turbulent flow, particles velocity and powder mass flow in relation to the volume of air flow [1]. |
