Stroke is characterised by high incidence and disabilities. 50%-70% of stroke patients after emergency treatment are accompanied by limb dysfunction. According to rehabilitation of hand motor function in stroke patients, an evaluation method is proposed basic on capacitive tactile sensor array. A size as 4x4 with 16-hole capacitive touch array is designed to evaluate by circuit and software. Though the microcontroller to randomly light the indicator and touch effects on the touchpad, the board is used to collect the data of test in one minute and give out the statistical assessment on the number of training times and accuracy. Four patients with different stages of hand function and a healthy volunteered person as compared as sample are taken into the test for verify the system. The result indicated that BurnnStrom stages of hand function is proportional to the number of correct selections from patients, and is inversely proportional to respond time, the index is 0.983 and -0.989 separately. As the result, it is expected to evaluate the stage of hand function depend on the number of correct selection and respond time. |
