Popis: | The influence of five dilution rates (D=0.1; 0.2; 0.3; 0.4 and 0.5 h−1) at carbon limitation on the β-galactosidase activity, content of RNA, content of protein and protein-synthesizing ability was studied. The increase of D lead to different changes in β-galactosidase activity. The best protein-synthesizing ability is established at D=0.4 h−1 at both strains despite their different type of metabolism. |
