Popis: | Effects of 137Cs gamma irradiation on photoluminescent properties of CdSe/ZnS colloidal quantum dots are reported. Optical degradation was evaluated by measuring dependence of photoluminescence intensity on irradiation dose. CdSe/ZnS quantum dots show poor radiation hardness. |
