Analisis Daerah Rawan Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas di Jalan S. Supriadi, Kota Malang

Popis: A traffic accident is an unexpected and unintentional road event involving vehicles with or without road users. Observations were made on Jalan S. Supriadi, Malang City with the aim of finding out the points of traffic accident-prone areas and the causes of accidents. The methods used are Equivalent Accident Number (EAN), Upper Control Limit (BKA) and Upper Control Limit (UCL). The results of the analysis show that Km 0 - 0.7 and Km 1.4 - 2.1 are black spot points where the EAN Km value is 0 - 0.7 = 115, the EAN Km value is 1.4 - 2.1 = 109 , exceeding the control limit of BKA. UCL value at Km 0 - 0.7 BKA = 75, UCL = 87 and at Km 1.4 - 2.1 BKA = 75, UCL = 86. Factors causing the accident at the black spot on Jalan S. Suoriadi Malang, the main factor is due to human error. Not careful in driving, not orderly, careless, and sleepy. In addition to this, it is also caused by road alignment factors that do not meet the requirements, there are no adequate markings and signs for non-motorized traffic, road pavement markings are not clearly visible and there is no special parking space available for vehicle stops.
