Popis: | Various synthesis methods widely used and suitable for the preparation of nanocomposites are discussed in detail in this chapter. Nanocomposite, in general, can be classified into three broad categories viz. (i) polymer matrix nanocomposites, (ii) ceramic matrix nanocomposites, and (iii) metal matrix nanocomposites. In this chapter, the major steps involved in various synthesis methods, the underlying mechanism, their significance, advantages of employing those technique and their limitations are presented. |
