Popis: The biosynthesis of cellulases and xylanase by the mould strain Trichoderma sp. M7 on submerged and solid-state cultivation conditions has been studied. The effect of different inducers on the enzyme biosynthesis on the conditions used was determined. The relation between the enzyme biosynthesis and the morphological state of the producing strain was studied. The advantages of the submerged cultivation conditions with regards to the efficiency of the enzyme inducer are shown.
