| Popis: | Fibrolipoma is one of the variants of lipoma. Lipoma is a rare benign tumour of upper aerodigestive tract, but occur commonly in limbs and trunk. We present a 65 year old man who presented with huge recurrent fibrolipoma of the larynx causing upper airway obstruction which recurred five (5) years after an initial endoscopic excision of a benign laryngeal lesion with histological diagnosis of fibro epithelial polyp. |
