Popis:	Insight of the problems connected with the selection of student-athletes who participate in the representative university teams of Medical University-Plovdiv: Multivariable is the importance of student representative teams in in-university life. In Western universities students-athletes receive various incentives to develop–scholarships, better conditions at admission, etc. Unfortunately it is not so with us. The selection of students to be part of the representative teams of Medical University-Plovdiv is extremely difficult. This work is an attempt to analyze the problems during the selection and contains proposals for solving them.
