Popis: Rainwater harvesting has long been introduced as a green approach, followed by numerous established guidelines and policies to encourage its implementation. Policy implementation can be explored by assessing fidelity by utilizing a consensus reporting format and model/ framework. This paper exhibits a systematic review of the literature to synthesize the available knowledge on frameworks ideal for assessing implementation fidelity. PRISMA and forward snowballing technique were used to conduct an advanced search on the Web of Science and Scopus databases. Content analysis was performed primarily to identify the focal area, research questions and methods employed by previous studies that complement the StaRI reporting standard. The findings indicate that there is a scarcity of implementation strategies studies, not only in the built environment field, but also in implementation studies in general. While there are 28 implementation research frameworks/ models that have been used together with StaRi reporting guidelines, only two evaluation frameworks are found to be appropriate to the scope of the current study. The findings provide a basis of knowledge for determining the best framework for assessing fidelity in rainwater harvesting implementation.
