Popis: This paper focuses on how to obtain the Dynamic Stress Intensity Factor by measuring Crack Mouth Opening Displacement on a pre-cracked 3-Point Bending Specimen. During the experiments, one uses impactor to hit on a pre-crack 3-Point Bending Specimen and at the same time uses a high-speed camera to take a set of photos of the crack. Crack Mouth Opening Displacement can then be measured from these photos. According to the relationship of J integral, Crack Open Mouth Displacement and the Dynamic Stress Intensity Factor, the Dynamic Stress Intensity Factor could be obtained. This result could be useful for guiding the practical engineering design.
