The work presents a cutout of a survey conducted in the context of multisseriadas classes whose goal is to understand the p edagogical practice of teachers who work in classes with this configuration. It is a qualitative research, conducted through ethnographic case study. For the survey data, interviews were carried out, the application of questionnaires and conducting observa tion in locus focus group. Specifically, the text is to be checked by the teaching work in the context of the classes multisseriadas, discussing the impact that the policies of adjustment from the neoliberal ideal exercise over the teachers ' work and poin t out the strategies used to overcome the limits of this regulation and build more autonomous practices. We believe that even in this unfavourable context where weigh the policies of adjustment of teaching work, teachers of classes multisseriadas manage to undertake instructional strategies that are a counter - hegemonic communication insofar as it defies and leverages a pedagogical do that "spoof" the official policy guidelines putting himself as author and subject of his practice |
