One of the most convenient for use gas sources to perform the work in pneumatic systems, to vacate or fill the space in technological equipment (release of ballast capacities of submarine, emergency filling chemical reactors) and to suppress flame in electric and electronic systems are composite solid propellants (CSP). Their main advantage over other sources is fast response and long-term reliable service without special maintenance inspections. Their major drawback is high temperature of gases that requires substitution of traditionally used structure materials. Therefore, for successful use of solid propellant gas sources it is necessary to develop CSP with a temperature of gaseous combustion products 300…330K. For their wide application in practice it is necessary to provide a certain level of ecological purity of combustion products. Let’s discuss the alternatives of this problem. |
