Popis:	A 14-year 10-month-old female requested full mouth rehabilitation with protrusive lips and hopelessly decayed maxillary left first molar and mandibular right first molar. The advantages and disadvantages of various possible treatment alternatives were thoroughly discussed. The dilemma between asymmetrical orthodontic space closure and the implant-supported prosthesis was solved by the application of autotransplantation. The treatment progressed well and resulted in satisfactory occlusion and profile.
