Popis:	A two-year Phase II SBIR effort for the U.S. Army Research Institute (ARI) had as its goals the identification of factors that contribute to advanced team decision making and performance, and the development of a theory-based model of advanced teams. The assessment instrument is one of the products of this research. Volume II is the handoff and instructional package. A summary report of the project has been published as AR Research Note 2002-10.
