Popis: | An accurate modellization method of rectified polyphase salient-pole synchronous machines is carried out in this paper. An eleven phase rectified synchronous generator is used to supply the field windings of a large hydraulic alternator. To simulate its operation it has been necessary to develop a convenient diode model and to determine accurately the magnetic linkage parameters. The results have shown that short-circuit operation heavily depends on the shape of the field in the end-turn windings. |
