Popis: | This paper presents the designing, modeling and simulation of the single all silicon ring resonators with silicon waveguides. A comparative study has been conducted on the basis of coupling length of the ring resonator. Ring resonators are extensively used in the photonics, telecommunications and sensing applications. It has been observed that increase in coupling length results in sharper negative reflectance in spectrum. |
