Topic of the final qualification work: Development of measures to improve the system of selection and training of temporary sraff (for the example the Administration of the Lyaskelsky settlement).This work is devoted to the study of the activities of the Administration of the Lyaskelsky rural settlement and the identification of existing shortcomings in the system for the selection and training of temporary staff.Tasks that were solved during the study:- disclosure of the essence of the selection and training of temporary personnel of the organization;- characteristics of the activities of the Administration of the Lyaskelsky rural settlement;- analysis of the labor resources of the Administration of the Lyaskelsky rural settlement and the current system for the selection and training of temporary personnel;- formulation of conclusions regarding the effectiveness of the personnel incentive system in the institution, as well as the development of specific measures aimed at improving this system;- evaluation of the economic efficiency of the proposed measures.The work was carried out on the basis of the Administration of the Lyaskelsky rural settlement, where a significant part of the available information about the internal structure of the organization, aspects of the current system for the selection and training of temporary personnel was collected.As a result, the system of selection and training of temporary personnel was analyzed, and the necessary studies were carried out. On the basis of the conducted research, three options for improving the system for the selection and training of temporary staff in the Administration of the Lyaskelsky rural settlement were formed. |
