Popis: The frontal trigger site is the most commonly involved site in migraine headaches. It consists of two nerves, the supraorbital and supratrochlear nerves. These nerves may be compressed by bone, fascia, muscle, or blood vessels. In this chapter, we present the surgical anatomy of the frontal trigger site and describe the open and endoscopic techniques for decompression. Finally, we review the outcomes of surgical decompression of the frontal trigger site.
