Popis:	We report eight cases of spinal tumor treated with spinal instrumentation. This method is usefull in the point of its stabilization and supporting of the spine. We reconstructed spinal deformity which has been destructed by spinal tumor. In the result, the instrumentation surgery reduced the pain and the paresis, and enabled early rehabilitaion.
