Popis: This study proposes a discussion on the support offered to teachers in programs, courses and other facilities that use online support to minimize the difficulties encountered and different demands on the profession. The processes that support teacher training in the digital world make it possible to reflect on possible technological changes that are happening now, from the new scenarios, which can alter the processes of teaching and learning. The speed in which changes are occurring has the characteristic of making learning permanent, with intense access to knowledge, which is a new influence on teaching practices. Data collection was performed by searching, in graduate programs in Education throughout the country, for PhD theses which dealt with teacher training using information and communication digital technologies. For this report, thoughts on the issues addressed in the selected research will be mentioned through pre-established criteria: categories related to keywords. The analysis indicate the specific period in which the selected surveys were initiated, adding emphasis to the support for only some areas of knowledge, such as the lack of accompaniment to teachers in the beginning their careers, as well as teachers in other undergraduate courses besides mathematics. The theoretical reference proposed in this study is guided by the literature on teacher training as well as information and communication technologies. Keywords: Online Teacher Support; Information and Communication Technology; Teacher Training. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.14244/19827199727
