Popis: | Measurement of kinetics using microarrays requires adapted experimental analysis for data evaluation and normalization. Here we present a new algorithm based on alignment of data, which solves inconsistencies of current normalization methods utilizing baseline correction. Our results show that this method leads to better data consistency and relative errors four times smaller on average. |
