Popis:	1. The reaction of silicon hydride with methylenecyclobutane and methylchlorosilane with a subsequent methylation of the adduct yielded (cyclobutylmethyl)trimethylsilane. 2. A thermal decomposition of (cyclobutylmethyl)trimethylsilane yielded ethylene and allyltrimethylsilane.
