Surgical planning is carried out, trying o achieve, the correct functional and aeshetic position of the scheletical bases for n optimum projection of the soft tissues. evertheless often, additional ancillary rocedures are necessary to correct or nhance the results of surgery. Most of the patients are not available for urther retouches, giving the instance of the rimary surgery a critical unique opportuity for achieving the best possible result. he former will be highly influenced by the kills of the surgeon, speed of the surgery nd personal and patient aesthetic prefernces.
