Popis: | In this paper, the electromagnetic performances of 6-pole hybrid magnetic bearing (HMB) with AC and DC control modes is compared. Firstly, the structure and suspension mechanisms of 6-pole hybrid magnetic bearing with AC and DC control modes are analyzed. Then the equivalent bias magnetic circuit and control magnetic circuit are obtained. The mathematical models of suspension force are deduced. According to the given main parameters, the analysis models are established by MagNet 3D. The electromagnetic performances of the 6-pole HMB with two control modes, such as magnetic circuit, suspension mechanism, force-current relationships and coupling characteristics of suspension force, are calculated and analyzed. |
