Popis: Introduction: Reflections concerning the relation among complex thinking, education and pedagogy, since these reflections suggest the assumption of critical attitudes toward the manners, in which scientific paradigms regarding the levels of appropriation, the socialization of erudition and the scientific knowledge have been conceived. Methodol¬ogy: Reflective-Explanatory method divided into three sections. The first section is refered to a reflection of the traditional scientific thinking; the second section is related to the contextualization of the complexity paradigm, and the third section is the relation among complexity, edu¬cation and pedagogy. Being this one the guiding thread of all reflection. Conclusion: The resignification of the school, the role of the educator, the mobilization of knowledge, the generation of reflective actions, the creation of spaces where a multicultural and pluralist convergence take place is of paramount consideration. The educationalization and the quality of the teaching process, becomes more pertinent when the education doers look at each other and apprehend in this moment the depth of their souls.
